FHS hosted the Mock Crash this year for 10th-12th grade students and staff today April 25th. We would like to thank all the local first responders and funeral home for taking the time out of their busy day to provide this educational opportunity for our students. Fairmont advances 14 individuals to state speech!!!
Fairmont was the Section 2A Champion team with 158 points. Loyola was the Section 2A Runner-up with 76 points.
20 Fairmont speakers earned Section Final medals in their individual categories.
Fairmont had SEVEN INDIVIDUAL SECTION CHAMPIONS!!!!

💙 Senior Abi Peyman was the Champion in Great Speeches, Junior Dominick Lund-May was the Champion in Extemporaneous Speaking, Juniors Grace Simpson and Oliver Thedens were the Champions in Duo Interpretation, Junior Kelsey Hunter was the Champion in Informative Speaking, Junior Zoey Tasseff was the Champion in Creative Expression, Sophomore Bel Lutterman was the Champion in Original Oratory, and Freshman Leon Yang was the Champion in Humorous Interpretation.

The Spring musical is this week!! Show Times: Saturday, April 13 at 7:30 pm & Sunday, April 14 at 2:00 pm. Admission is $5 - Senior Citizens/$7 - Adults. Students are Free and Annual Passes are accepted. A free Senior Citizen Matinee will be on Thursday, April 11 at 12:30 pm.

The top three visiting teams taking home team sweepstakes trophies were: Marshall with a score of 76, Mankato West with a score of 61, and St. Clair with a score of 37.
Fairmont finaled ✨22 events✨ in the varsity division and ✨six✨ in the novice division. Fairmont had Champions in seven out of the 14 varsity speech events.
