Today Mrs. Garbers & her Culinary students taught a recipe & cooking methods of a Hmong dish to Mrs. Gudahl’s Midwestern Literature students, who have been studying the Hmong culture class this month. The students loved this opportunity for cross-curricular collaboration!

Today in Introduction to Transportation, our students are learning about welding and its importance in the transportation industry. For many of these students it is there first-time welding. They did an awesome job and will have the next three days to learn basic skills.
