Did you know we are offering two new classes for caregivers of Kindergarten through 2nd grade children? One class meets on the 2nd Thursday each month and is for both caregiver and child. 1/2 the class will be one-on-one time doing special activities with your child and the other 1/2 will be discussing parenting issues/concerns, just the adults, while the children do activities in the classroom with our wonderful teachers. The other class meets online about 3 times/month to discuss parenting issues/concerns and is FREE!! To register for either of these classes, please call Kari Buntjer in the office at 507-235-6205. Hope you can give one of these new classes a try!!
Our Parent Educator, Sandy Soelter, will be available at Fairmont Elementary school this Tuesday, Sept. 5th and Wednesday, Sept. 6th for questions about ECFE and/or the classes we're offering this year. Stop by her table straight ahead after you enter Door #1 at FES anytime from 8am-Noon or 1-4pm. Registration for all classes begins on the 5th. Hope to have you join us!!
Incoming 7th grade students experienced a great learning opportunity at Orientation to familiarize themselves with the building, staff members and student leaders, and ask questions. We look forward to seeing you all at the Open House on September 5!

The Activities Fair for Wednesday, August 23 has been moved to the H.S. main gym from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The Pep Fest and Tami's on the Ave/Gerhardt Catering has been cancelled.
