Erin Meyers - Instructional Coach
About Me:
I am Erin Meyers, currently serving Fairmont Schools as an instructional coach. I grew up in Nebraska. I graduated in 1996 from Doane University and earned my master's in 2000 from Drake University. I've taught in Iowa and Minnesota; teaching Kindergarten, 1st grade, 4th grade, and special education. My husband Kent and I moved to Minnesota in 2003 and our daughters Grace and Ella are pursuing post-secondary education right now. As an instructional coach, I hope to build relationships with teachers to create safe spaces for continued learning and growing with students.
I teach to build relationships in our community and outside of the school. I am passionate about creating lifelong readers here at Fairmont. There is so much to learn from each other and I love sparking curiosity in others.
