About Me: I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 1998 with a degree in English Literature Education. I received my Master's degree in English & Creative Writing through Southern New Hampshire University. I spent the first part of my teaching career in the Colorado mountains, and brought my family back to Minnesota in 2007. My husband and I raised our three kids on a small farm for 8 years near Sherburn and moved in 2015 into town. We currently reside in Fairmont on one of our beautiful lakes.

My Gradebook/ Online Resources: Grades will be updated weekly in the Skyward system. If you see an asterisk (*) that means the assignment has not yet been graded. Please be patient, as it may take a few days after an assignment is submitted to get a grade entered.

Absent? Each day's activity will be posted in your Schoology account. If you are absent from school, please check Schoology first, and then check in with me when you return to class.

My courses are blended courses, which means that we will be using online learning platforms. My learning management system is Schoology, and our curriculum also has a online platform called Savvas Realize. You will be given full access to all lessons and assignments online, so you can continue your learning everywhere!
