Ross Long - Elementary Teacher
About Me:
I am originally from Waterloo, Iowa. I spent 10 years as a law enforcement officer in Iowa before my family and I moved to Minnesota almost three years ago. I attended an online college called Western Governor's University out of Salt Lake City, UT. I enjoyed taking online classes while being able to stay at home with my kids. In my spare time I enjoy playing with my three kids and spending time with my wife. I also enjoy anything sports related especially football, basketball and baseball. Being from Iowa I am naturally a Hawkeye fan. Go Hawks! I decided to "retire" from my law enforcement career and go into teaching because I enjoy spending time with kids and helping them learn and grow. I look forward to helping and learning with your kids as we both experience success, failure, making mistakes, but more importantly, learning from those mistakes.
