Amy Head - Elementary Special Education Teacher
About Me:
My name is Amy Head. I am a special education teacher at Fairmont Elementary School. I really find joy in working with students with special needs! Every child is very special and unique in his/ her own way!
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Luther College in 1990. I also earned a Master’s of Education from the University of Minnesota in 1995.
I have been teaching since the fall of 1990. I have had many different jobs in both regular and special education.
My husband Jim and I have two grown sons, Tyler and Eric.
My room (2020) is located in the new section of Fairmont Elementary School. I am always available by email- ahead@fairmont.k12.mn.us. I will try to get back to you as soon as I can. The best time to try to catch me is before or after school.
