About Me:

Hello Everyone! I am Cierra Thiesse. Welcome to my class website!

Here is a little information about me! I grew up with my parents and two siblings on a farm near Ledyard, Iowa. After high school, I went to Cedar Falls to attend the University of Northern Iowa. I double majored in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and minored in Special Education. I started teaching kindergarten at FES in 2017. I couldn't be more excited about being in kindergarten again! Working with young students is a passion of mine and I truly believe it is what I am meant to do!

My husband and I welcomed our first child in November of 2021. We are enjoying being a family of three. We also have a cat and two dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family and being outside. When I can find some extra time, I enjoy reading and taking pictures.
